Crafting a good jasmine tea can only be done by an artisan who knows how to pay homage to its delicate nature. These delicate white jasmine buds are typically picked in heady and hot conditions as the bud is tightly closed to protect itself from the Sepon sun. Then, this night blooming variety of jasmine bud bursts open in the safety of coolness to release its sweet and subtle apple blossom aromas.
