The uniqueness of this Makaibari Darjeeling Black tea is in its creation - it is grown biodynamically - surrounded by forests that feed its flavour. It is then plucked ceremonially, to the tune of a cosmic calendar, dictated by the rhythms of the sun and the moon.

The resulting cup is light, soothing and delicate with a fresh yet intense aroma.

Crafting a good jasmine tea can only be done by an artisan who knows how to pay homage to its delicate nature. These delicate white jasmine buds are typically picked in heady and hot conditions as the bud is tightly closed to protect itself from the Sepon sun.
